How long does it take for my order to get here?
For orders in London and Birmingham, we deliver next working day on Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. For any orders outside of these areas, delivery can be expected within 3-5 working days.
How do I place an order as a new customer?

For new customers you can place an order or set up a collection through our website. Simply select your service, order sacks or bins as necessary and/or choose your collection times.

The services we offer include regular business waste collectionspecialist recycling services, and one-off rubbish removals. We also offer recycling bins and supplies for your workplace.

How do I place an order as an existing customer?

As a First Mile customer you have access to the online Customer Portal. You can use the Customer Portal to order and pay for sacks, access your Waste Transfer Note, view your collection schedule, report missed collections and more.

You can place an order 24/7 via the Customer Portal for delivery on your preferred day.

I've signed up - how do I access the Customer Portal?

As a First Mile customer you have access to the online Customer Portal. You can use the Customer Portal to order and pay for sacks, access your Waste Transfer Note, view your collection schedule, view and pay invoices and report missed collections.

To access the Customer Portal:

1. Go to the Customer Portal
2. Type in your email address
3. Click 'Email me a link to login'
4. Open your email and click on the link
5. You can then create new login details by clicking 'Forgot password'

Collections
What is my collection time?
You find your collection schedule on the Customer Portal. On the Portal homepage, select “Your Schedule” to view your collections.

To access:

1. Visit the Customer Portal
2. Login or click 'Email me a link to login in'
3. Once in the Portal select 'Location' > 'Documents'
What are the frequency and times of your collections?
We collect up to 3 times daily, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year, at a time to suit your business and in accordance with any local time band regulations to ensure you’re not at risk of receiving any fines.
